Job summary

Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced Medicaid Eligibility Project Manager to keep complex eligibility work on track from planning to go-live. You will bring structure to rapid policy changes, align state leaders, vendors, and delivery teams, and surface risks early to ensure members receive coverage.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, risk management, and coordinating with state agencies and vendors, including H.R.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in large, multi-stakeholder technology or policy implementations.
• 3+ years of experience on Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, or other public assistance programs.
• Experience working with state agencies, vendors, and federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Medicaid eligibility and enrollment projects, including system changes and operational improvements.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and milestones across state agency, vendor, and delivery teams.
• Manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and decisions using a RAID log and escalate early.
• Lead implementation of new federal and state requirements, including community engagement provisions and more frequent renewals, within deadlines.
• Coordinate with eligibility system vendors, managed care organizations, and adjacent programs like SNAP and MMIS.
• Facilitate status meetings, steering committees, and working sessions; document decisions and actions.
