Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Medicaid Eligibility Project Manager to keep complex eligibility work on track from plan to go-live. You will bring structure to policy changes, align state leaders, vendors, and delivery teams, and surface risks early to resolve them.

Your work ensures members receive the coverage they qualify for, coordinating with eligibility system vendors, managed care organizations, and adjacent programs while leading status meetings and preparing clear executive

Competenze

• 5+ years of project management experience with large, multi-stakeholder technology or policy implementations.
• 3+ years of Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, or other public assistance programs.
• Experience with state agencies, vendors, and federal requirements.
• Proficiency in planning, RAID management, and reporting using MS Project/Smartsheet/Jira or similar tools.
• Experience with Agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.

Mansioni

• Plan and manage Medicaid eligibility and enrollment projects, including system changes and policy implementations.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and milestones across stakeholders.
• Manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and decisions with a RAID log.
• Lead implementation of new federal/state requirements within deadlines.
• Coordinate with eligibility system vendors, MCOs, and adjacent programs (e.g., SNAP, MMIS).
• Facilitate status meetings, steering committees, and working sessions; document decisions and actions.
• Prepare clear status reports and executive briefings on progress, risks, and decisions.
