Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Medicaid Eligibility Project Manager to keep complex eligibility work on schedule from planning to go-live, aligning state leaders, vendors, and delivery teams.

You will lead planning, manage risks through RAID, and coordinate with eligibility systems, MCOs, and programs like SNAP, ensuring timely compliance with federal and state requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in PM, 3+ years in Medicaid, and a Bachelor’s degree; PMP is preferred.

Competenze

• 5+ years of project management experience on large tech or policy implementations.
• 3+ years in Medicaid eligibility or public assistance programs.
• Experience with state agencies, vendors, and federal requirements.
• Strong planning, RAID management, and reporting using MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar.
• Experience with Agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery.
• Clear, calm communication with executives, policy experts, and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions through a disciplined RAID log.

• Facilitate status meetings, steering committees, and working sessions, documenting decisions and actions.
• Prepare status reports and executive briefings on progress, risks, and decisions needed.
• Manage scope, change requests, and budget against contract and funding requirements.
• Support testing, readiness, training, and go-live planning.
