Personnel Consulting Group is seeking a Medicaid Eligibility Product Owner who will be the voice of the state and its members within the delivery team. You will turn eligibility policy into a prioritized backlog, ensuring accurate, timely decisions for Medicaid.

You will partner with state agencies, policy experts, and technology teams to simplify complex rules into usable systems. You will own the backlog, translate policies into epics and acceptance criteria, and lead impact analysis for

Qualifications

5+ years as Product Owner, product manager, or business lead on government or healthcare systems.
3+ years hands-on Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, or integrated eligibility systems.

Responsabilités

Own and prioritize the product backlog for Medicaid eligibility and enrollment system.
Translate eligibility policy into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Lead impact analysis for new federal/state requirements (e.g., H.R. 1 provisions).
Partner with state policy and program staff to clarify rules and document decisions.
Collaborate with Scrum Masters, developers, testers, and business analysts through planning, refinement, reviews, and acceptance.
Accept completed work against acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing with state staff.
Coordinate dependencies with SNAP, MMIS, and managed care organizations.
Track product outcomes (timeliness, auto-renewal, error rates) to guide priorities.
Communicate progress, trade-offs, and risks to agency leadership and stakeholders.
