You will interview clients, assess information from forms and ePASS, enter data into the web-based system, and determine eligibility while maintaining accurate case records.

The role requires at least one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience, with duties including redeterminations and informing clients about rights

Qualifications

• Interviewing clients and reviewing forms and media to obtain required information.
• Entering data into a web-based application and verifying information collected.
• Determining and/or verifying eligibility through data verification and processing.
• Completing scheduled reviews to re-verify continued eligibility and perform redeterminations.

Responsabilités

• Determine eligibility and process applications; complete reviews and redeterminations.
• Maintain caseloads with updates and changes as needed.
• Inform clients of rights and obligations under program policies.
• Explain requirements and refer clients to other services as appropriate.
