Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare billing or patient financial services.

• CRCR certification within 9 months of hire.

• Facilitate and coordinate the application process for submission.
• Communicate with patients to collect documents for applications.
• Document all actions in patient accounting systems.
• Maintain knowledge of state and federal program requirements.
