Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a delivery leader to drive enterprise Agile delivery of Medicaid initiatives, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize work and deliver measurable outcomes. This full‑time role focuses on improving provider experience and implementing best practices across multiple lines of business.

You will mentor project and program managers, lead complex delivery streams, manage risks, and ensure on‑time, within‑scope execution while promoting accountability

Qualifications

• 7+ years of delivery management, program management, project management and Agile leadership with Scrum expertise.
• 5+ years in healthcare claims processing, including adjudication, payment, and rework operations.
• 2+ years of executive-level presentation delivery using PowerPoint.
• 2+ years of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
• 2+ years of problem-solving and decision-making with a growth mindset.
• 2+ years supporting innovation initiatives and digital transformation.
• 2+ years implementing Agile practices in cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years experience with Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, complex Medicaid initiatives across lines of business.
• Drive end-to-end Medicaid project delivery on time, within scope, with measurable results.
• Identify and resolve delivery obstacles and risks, removing barriers to execution.
• Monitor performance metrics and use data to optimize processes and accountability.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to translate goals into actionable plans.
• Lead process improvements and root cause analysis for repeatable success.
• Implement and reinforce best practices for efficiency across workstreams.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to delivery practitioners in the team.
