In this role, you will own end-to-end Medicaid projects, manage risks, translate goals into actionable plans, and optimize processes for efficiency, impact and scale within a hybrid delivery environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in delivery/program/project management with Agile and Scrum expertise.
• 5+ years in healthcare claims processing (adjudication, payment, rework).
• 2+ years of executive-level presentations using PowerPoint.
• 2+ years delivering complex projects on time within defined scope.
• 2+ years applying Agile practices across cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years with multiple delivery methods (Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise delivery of Medicaid initiatives across lines of business.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of Medicaid projects on time and within scope.
• Identify and resolve delivery obstacles and risks; remove barriers.
• Monitor metrics; use data to optimize processes and accountability.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to translate goals into plans.
• Lead process improvements and root cause analyses for repeatable execution.
• Implement best practices to maximize efficiency across workstreams.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to fellow delivery practitioners.
