Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a delivery leader to oversee the Agile delivery of Medicaid initiatives, coordinating business process and technology improvements across multiple lines of business. You will mentor peers, promote accountability, and drive measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include leading complex projects, mitigating risks, and collaborating with business and technology partners to translate goals into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of delivery management, program management, project management and Agile leadership experience.
• 5+ years in healthcare claims processing, including adjudication and payments.
• 2+ years of executive-level presentation delivery using PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise delivery of complex Medicaid initiatives across lines of business.
• Drive end-to-end Medicaid projects to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery with measurable results.
• Identify and resolve delivery obstacles and risks, removing barriers to execution.
