• Oversee end-to-end Medicaid projects to meet scope, schedule, and outcomes.
• Identify and remove delivery obstacles and risks.
• Monitor metrics and use data to improve processes and accountability.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to define plans and deliverables.
• Drive process improvements and root-cause analysis for repeatable success.
• Implement best practices to maximize efficiency across workstreams.
• Provide mentorship to delivery practitioners fostering a high-performance culture.
