Job summary

Requires 7+ years in delivery or program management with Agile expertise, healthcare claims experience,

Qualifications

7+ years of delivery management, program management, project management and Agile leadership with Scrum expertise.
5+ years of healthcare claims processing knowledge including adjudication and payment workflows.
2+ years of executive-level presentation experience.
2+ years of demonstrated delivery success on complex projects.
2+ years applying problem-solving with growth mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, highly complex Medicaid initiatives across lines of business.
Drive end-to-end Medicaid project delivery to meet scope, timelines and measurable outcomes.
Identify and mitigate delivery obstacles and risks, removing barriers to execution.
Monitor performance metrics and use data to optimize processes and accountability.
Collaborate with business and technology partners to translate goals into actionable plans.
Lead process improvements and root-cause analysis for sustainable execution.
Implement and reinforce best practices for efficiency across workstreams.
Provide leadership and mentorship to delivery practitioners, fostering high-performance culture.
