Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics or data management.
• 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience with MMIS/Medicaid domain is preferred.
• Strong SQL, BI tools, and reporting automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data & Analytics team for MMIS projects across public sector clients.
• Oversee design, development, and implementation of MMIS data analytics solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for the development team.
