Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Principal Data & Analytics Delivery Leader to oversee the MMIS Data and Analytics capability for state and local government clients. You will manage a team of analysts and developers, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure delivery of high-quality data analytics to support Medicaid objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in reporting, analytics, or data management.
• 3+ years leading teams in a matrixed organization.
• Strong SQL, data visualization, and BI automation skills.
• Experience with MMIS data and Medicaid reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Data & Analytics team (analysts, configuration analysts, and others).
• Oversee Design, Development, and Implementation projects for MMIS Data & Analytics Solutions across public sector clients.
• Drive integrated reporting and data initiatives with cross-functional peers.
• Guide and develop team members to deliver client outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
