Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Principal Data & Analytics Delivery Leader to oversee MMIS Data & Analytics capabilities for State and Local Government Clients. You will lead a team of analysts and developers, guiding design, development, and implementation of data solutions that support Medicaid objectives and compliance.

You will collaborate with peers and business and technical leaders to translate requirements into measurable outcomes, ensure governance and security, and drive

Qualifications

10+ years in reporting/analytics/data management.
3+ years in a leadership role.
Experience with MMIS/health plan platforms.
Strong SQL and data visualization skills.
Experience with MMIS platforms like QNXT or FACETS.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Data & Analytics team, including Analysts and Developers.
Oversee Design, Development, and Implementation projects for MMIS Data & Analytics Solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive reporting and data initiatives.
Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
Manage scope, pricing, and estimation for reporting engagements.
