Gainwell Technologies LLC seeks a Principal Data & Analytics Delivery Leader to drive the MMIS data & analytics capability for state and local government clients. You will lead a team of analysts and developers delivering high-quality data solutions, while aligning with Medicaid objectives and compliance requirements.

You will guide cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical specs, and ensure governance and security standards across engagements.

Qualifikationen

10+ years in reporting, analytics, or data management with leadership
Experience managing teams in a matrixed organization
Strong knowledge of data warehousing and BI platforms
Experience with MMIS/health plan platforms like QNXT or FACETS

Aufgaben

Lead the Data & Analytics team across MMIS projects.
Oversee DD&I (Design, Development, and Implementation) for MMIS Data & Analytics solutions.
Demonstrate Medicaid domain knowledge across MITA areas and reporting.
Collaborate with peers and leaders to drive integrated reporting initiatives.
Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement and growth.
Ensure data governance, privacy, and security compliance.
