Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting, billing, invoicing, and financial recordkeeping.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn billing, accounting, payer, and donor management systems.
• Excellent communication, confidentiality, independent judgment, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to understand and follow payer, contract, authorization, and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, submit, revise, and track Medicaid Waiver prior authorizations and contracts; coordinate signatures with the COO.
• Process invoices and track payments; maintain donor and donation records.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reconciliation for billing, contracts, and fundraising documentation.
• Collaborate with Care Coordination, Finance, Development, and program staff to resolve issues and maintain audit-ready documentation.
