Job summary

MedImpact is seeking a Clinical Account Executive I with Medicare Part D expertise to manage strategic client relationships and oversee the implementation, oversight, and optimization of PBM clinical programs and services for assigned accounts.

The position is remote-friendly and based in the United States; a PharmD with 3+ years of experience is required, along with strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Travel up to 25% may be required to support client success.

Qualifications

• PharmD and 3+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus 1 year SME in respective areas.
• Current, active pharmacist license in any state; may require licensure in a specific state.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and serve as primary clinical contact for assigned accounts.
• Lead implementation of clinical programs and ensure alignment with client operations.
• Analyze clinical data, prepare reports, and communicate cost savings and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize PBM solutions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor program performance and drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
