Qualifications

• 10+ years health actuarial experience
• 5+ years Medicaid actuarial experience
• Actuarial credentials (ASA, FSA, MAAA)
• Experience leading large multi-disciplinary teams and large, complex projects

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of actuaries, analysts, clinicians and consultants on rate-setting and other actuarial projects
• Define project scope with clients and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Develop rate-setting assumptions and review actuarial models and data impacts
• Draft rate certification letters and present actuarial opinions
• Mentor actuarial staff and identify growth opportunities for team members
