Job summary

Home Brands Group LLC, a leading parent company of Re-Bath, is seeking a Traffic & Media Buying Coordinator to support the Marketing team at the corporate office. You will coordinate asset delivery across TV, radio, streaming, print, OOH, display, and direct mail campaigns while ensuring campaigns launch on schedule.

Join a growing franchise network and collaborate with the Managed Marketing Services team to optimize campaign timing, accuracy, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in media coordination, traffic coordination, advertising operations, production coordination, or marketing support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with internal teams and external vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Traffic Coordination: schedule and coordinate delivery of creative assets for media campaigns and maintain a detailed traffic schedule.
• Media Buying Support: assist with media kits, rate cards, vendor proposals, and budgeting/tracking.
• Invoice Reconciliation: collect invoices, verify against orders, and resolve discrepancies.
