Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years in a marketing department or related role.

• Attention to detail and ability to analyze data.
• Collaborates with internal teams, franchise owners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects across departments and support nationwide franchise network.
• Support franchise marketing programs and maintain marketing resources.
• Manage onboarding and approval of marketing vendors with brand compliance.
• Prepare reports, presentations, graphs, and dashboards from marketing data.
• Provide training and support on programs and resources.
