Home Brands Group LLC, the parent of Re-Bath, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our Corporate Marketing team. You will coordinate projects, manage marketing vendors, maintain resources, and help ensure brand standards across the nationwide franchise network.

This fast-paced role offers opportunities to work with franchise owners and internal teams, manage lead routing, analyze marketing data, and contribute to growth while learning across marketing disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing department, advertising agency, or related marketing role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proofreading skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze marketing data and prepare reports and presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Operations: onboarding/approval of marketing vendors; respond to franchise inquiries; manage RB Market materials; coordinate collateral; monitor brand compliance.
• Reporting & Project Coordination: compile and present marketing data; coordinate timelines and communications; update manuals and guides; assist with video, print, and training projects.
• Lead Management & Communications: manage lead routing; coordinate with CRM team; draft internal newsletters and announcements; support social media content; perform other duties.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
