Job Description :

We are seeking a Media Supervisor who will be instrumental in overseeing the execution of cross-channel media plans. This role ensures alignment with our clients' strategic goals while remaining at the forefront of industry trends. As part of the Strategy Group, you will lead the team in meticulous planning, analysis, and execution to meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deepen your understanding of client businesses to effectively identify and address key business challenges and consumer paths.
  • Actively collaborate with the Group to manage daily operations across various media channels including Video, Digital, Audio, Print, and OOH.
  • Create and present client-facing cross-channel media plans, detailing KPIs, budgets, and strategic objectives.
  • Ensure that media strategies are effectively reflected across all channels and supervise their implementation.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Uphold strict quality control standards to ensure all projects are executed with precision and efficiency.
  • Leverage competitive data and market insights to refine media strategies and drive campaign success.
  • Consistently evaluate media performance to ensure alignment with initial objectives and strategies.

Who You Are:

  • Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years in media planning or a closely related field.
  • A proven leader with the ability to take initiative and manage increased responsibilities effectively.
  • Well-versed in marketing and advertising principles, including an understanding of integrated, cross-channel planning.
  • Equipped with strong analytical skills, critical thinking capabilities, and problem-solving prowess.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with industry-standard media tools such as Nielsen Media Impact, AdSphere, and MRI-Simmons.
  • Exceptional in communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
