University of the Incarnate Word seeks a Media Services Technician to assist in installing classroom audiovisual and instructional technology equipment, coordinating services to UIW classrooms as requested by faculty or staff.
Responsibilities include maintaining customer service standards, troubleshooting AMX/Crestron/Extron systems, and supervising student workers as needed. Position reports to the Media Services Manager and is full-time.

Execution of duties requires strict adherence to customer service standards. The position reports to Media Services Manager.

High School diploma or equivalent.
One (1) year of related professional experience working with audiovisual technologies. Note that technical coursework in audiovisual technologies or related field will be considered in lieu of experience.
Must have a valid driver's license, driving record that is insurable by UIW insurance carrier, and be at least 21 years of age, as required to drive for UIW.
Hours are semester based and subject to change:Fall /spring -9:30 am-6:30 pmSummer – 8am to 5pmAbility to work some weekends based on needs of the department.
