University of the Incarnate Word is seeking a Media Services Technician to assist the Media Services team in installing and supporting classroom audiovisual equipment. You will coordinate services, deliver AV support for faculty, and help maintain desktop and laptop systems across UIW classrooms.
The role requires one year of AV experience, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with AMX, Biamp, Crestron and Extron. This is a full-time on-site position in San Antonio with competitive benefits.

Position Summary
The Media Services Technician is responsible for assisting the Media Services Manager and Lead Media Services Technician in the installation of classroom audiovisual and instructional technology equipment and coordination/delivery of audiovisual services to UIW classrooms as requested by faculty or other staff. Execution of duties requires strict adherence to customer service standards. The position reports to Media Services Manager.

Required Education
High School diploma or equivalent.
Required Work Experience
One (1) year of related professional experience working with audiovisual technologies. Note that technical coursework in audiovisual technologies or related field will be considered in lieu of experience.

Must have a valid driver’s license, driving record that is insurable by UIW insurance carrier, and be at least 21 years of age, as required to drive for UIW .
