Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace required.
• Knowledge of sales software such as WideOrbit and vCreative preferred.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum of two years related work experience in sales support or customer service, preferably in media sales or executive admin support.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Managers and Account Executives in the complete sales process (data research, proposals, order entry, revisions, invoicing, spot times, airchecks, campaign recaps).
• Facilitate copy production in vCreative and provide copy translation when needed, ensuring client spot approval.
• Coordinate with the traffic department regarding copy, coop facilitation and continuity.
• Prepare expense reports and POs and pull management reports as needed.
• Maintain updated station information for sales presentations (media kits, one-sheets, talent bios).
• Schedule and coordinate logistics for internal meetings.
• Collaborate with other Sales Assistants and provide backup support.
