Audacy is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our growing media and sales team in Boston. You will work with Account Executives to ensure flawless execution of campaigns across radio, digital, social, podcast, and streaming.

This role develops proposals, strategic media plans, and client communications, helping drive new business growth. Strong research, organizational, and CRM skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in media, advertising, marketing, or sales support.
• Familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) and digital marketing best practices.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research target companies, industry news, and business trends to uncover insights that support sales outreach.
• Develop value-based research (VBR) points that align with prospect needs and position our solutions effectively.
• Assist Account Executives in preparing proposals and building strategic media plans
• Track emerging industry themes and competitor activity to keep the sales team apprised of market developments.
• Maintain organized research notes within Salesforce/CRM to ensure insights are actionable and easily accessible.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure campaign objectives and timelines are met.
