This department-wide role is not exclusive to any single AE and may adapt to evolving business needs. You will assist Account Executives, enter orders, prepare client presentations and sales materials, and help track schedules and campaign delivery while developing broader business knowledge and readiness for future

Responsibilities

• Assist with order entry, revisions and schedule changes.
• Support campaign setup and maintenance.
• Monitor active schedules and campaign delivery.
• Assist with makegoods, preemptions and discrepancy resolution.
• Prepare and update client presentations, proposals and sales materials.
• Assist with avails and inventory coordination.
• Coordinate with Traffic, Creative Services and Sales Fulfillment on items.
