Job summary

TEGNA’s KWES-TV Midland seeks a competitive, coachable Account Executive to grow a portfolio of advertising clients in Midland-Odessa. You will develop new business across broadcast TV, Premion streaming/CTV and digital, manage the full sales cycle, and build long-term client partnerships.

You will leverage data-informed proposals and collaborate with product teams to deliver measurable results while maintaining a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Sales, advertising or media experience helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and build a strong pipeline through prospecting.
• Manage the full sales process from qualification to close.
• Sell across broadcast TV, Premion streaming/CTV and digital solutions.
• Create data-informed proposals to meet client objectives.
• Grow client relationships into long-term partnerships.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline using CRM.
