Job summary

TEGNA Inc. KWES-TV Midland, the NBC affiliate serving Midland-Odessa, seeks a competitive Account Executive to grow a portfolio of advertising clients across broadcast TV, Premion streaming/CTV, and digital. You will develop new business, manage the full sales cycle, and deliver data-informed campaigns that meet clients’ marketing goals.

Responsibilities

Develop new business by building a strong pipeline across broadcast TV, Premion streaming/CTV and digital.
Manage the full sales process from prospecting to close while meeting activity and revenue goals.
Sell consultatively by matching client goals with broadcast, streaming, and digital solutions.
Build compelling data-informed proposals showing reach and targeted impact.
Grow client relationships to turn new accounts into long-term partnerships.
Maintain an accurate pipeline using CRM and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
