Job summary

You will work with agencies, station counterparts, and the Sales Fulfilment team, ensuring standardized coding for reporting, resolving discrepancies, and supporting training on WideOrbit platforms.

Qualifications

• Administrative, computer and sales support experience required.
• Primary role is to assist Sales staff and Fulfilment team in sales processes.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily interaction with agencies and station counterparts
• Enter orders, maintain client schedules and track audience delivery
• Develop presentations and provide a high level of customer service
• Resolve discrepancies promptly
• Support the sales organization and ensure accurate reporting
• Collaborate with Sales Management to ensure deadlines
• Utilize TEGNA selling platforms (WideOrbit Traffic, WideOrbit Media Sales, WideOrbit Connect)
• Analyze campaigns to determine clearance trends and revenue reporting
• Coordinate training opportunities for Sales Assistants
