The role enables professional development and potential advancement to Account Executive as opportunities arise. Responsibilities include assisting with reports, presentations, order entries, campaign setup, and coordination across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in media, advertising, sales support or customer service is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Sales with reports, presentations, and meeting prep.
• Assist Account Executives with orders, campaign setup and scheduling.
• Provide backup Account Manager coverage during absences or busy periods.
• Coordinate information between Sales and other departments (Traffic,Creative, Finance).
• Contribute to development of AE opportunities and sales materials.
• Maintain accurate client, account and campaign information.
