The Athletic Media Company is seeking an Advertising Operations Coordinator to support advertising campaigns and collaborate with the Sales & Strategy teams for compelling advertiser programs.

You will assist with RFPs, build media plans, manage digital workflow, maintain campaign documentation, and help with kickoff and handoff while addressing client inquiries to ensure excellent service.

Competenze

• 1–2+ years media experience.
• BS/BA degree.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Mansioni

• Partner with Advertising Sales & Strategy to deliver compelling programs for advertisers.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and clients for campaign execution.
• Support RFP process, build media plans, and manage digital workflow.
• Maintain documentation and assist with campaign kick-off and handoff.
• Field customer complaints and provide excellent service.
