Job summary

Townsquare Media Group is seeking experienced Account Executives to grow careers in a fast-paced, relationship-driven, consultative sales role in Flint, MI. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity to manage a book of business across broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.

You will prospect, qualify, and close new business, while cross-selling and upselling to expand client ROI. Requires 2+ years of sales experience and a valid driver’s license; company offers uncapped

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients’ reach and ROI
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals
