Job summary

Townsquare Media Group is hiring a Multi-Media Account Executive in El Paso to own a book of business, bring in new clients, and maintain long-term relationships. This full-cycle sales role requires a proactive closer who can leverage our broadcast and digital solutions to drive ROI.

You will work closely with market leadership, collaborate across campaigns, and use data-driven insights to tailor marketing strategies for local businesses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams for campaign execution and strategy.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals with market leadership.
