Job summary

Pursuit is seeking competitive sales professionals to join the Rochester, NY team. You will hunt, build your own book of business, and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and account growth.

Approximately two-thirds of meetings will be in-person, with one-third conducted virtually. Strong internal growth opportunities exist with leaders who have progressed from sales into management, offering long-term earning potential. Monday–Friday, Rochester office, full benefits.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience with a hunter mentality
• Experience generating your own prospecting activity
• Comfortable presenting and building relationships face-to-face
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Open to stepping into full-cycle sales from SDR/BDR
• Media/advertising experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and account growth
• Generate your own pipeline through outbound outreach
• Meet with clients face-to-face and virtually as needed
• Build relationships and expand key accounts in the Rochester market
