Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and complex spreadsheets.
• Solid presentation skills and ability to convey information clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven to grow into a media sales executive in 10–12 months.
• Related military experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist the development of sales proposals, advertising packages, and client presentations.
• Create supportive marketing materials for the sales department.
• Prepare proposals based on account executive requests.
• Coordinate communication with sales, production, finance and external clients on campaign performance and delivery.
• Enter and maintain all orders including electronic transfers and WideOrbit-related tasks.
• Maintain and organize the sales database.
