Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project or account management within an agency or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with internal teams and clients.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain project tracking documents, including timelines, estimates, client communications, and status reports.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of programs from kickoff to delivery, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Proactively assess risks and implement mitigation plans, escalating issues as needed.
  • Drive team alignment by coordinating cross-functional meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring accountability across stakeholders.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to clarify project scope, set expectations, and provide regular status updates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and optimize processes within the PMO.
  • Ensure quality control processes are followed for all deliverables, appropriate to project complexity and risk.

Job description

We are seeking a Media Program Manager to join our Media PMO team. In this role, you will take on a position in managing project timelines, budgets, and media workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration across department channels. You will work closely with internal channel teams, the media strategy leads and external stakeholders to drive successful project execution, proactively identify risks, and optimize processes.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while keeping projects on track. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy bringing structure to complex initiatives.

This role will be based in our New York office and report to the Director, Program management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comfortable being client facing and discussing projects and budgets in detail.
  • Experience working in media, and knowledge of media channels are a plus.
  • Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, Workfront) is a plus.
