Job summary

Private Company in New York is seeking a Program Manager to own the full lifecycle of complex, multi-channel programs across brand, demand, media, CRM, and digital.

This role requires experience working with B2B clients within an agency setting and is accountable for turning business objectives into executable plans, driving cross-functional alignment, and delivering programs on time and on budget.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of program/project management experience in an agency setting supporting B2B clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to run integrated marketing programs end-to-end.
  • Solid financial management capability (budgets, forecasts, profitability).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors and cross-agency partners.
  • Proficiency in modern PM platforms (Workfront preferred).
  • Experience resourcing and managing workflows across internal creative teams and freelance vendors.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous objectives into clear, executable plans.

Responsibilities

  • Convert business goals into clear work plans, briefs, milestones, and KPIs.
  • Orchestrate integrated workflows across strategy, creative, media, CRM, and web.
  • Run structured cadences, reviews, and approvals with zero ambiguity on decisions.
  • Maintain dashboards, documentation, and reporting as the authoritative source of truth.
  • Resource and schedule creative work across internal creative staff and freelance vendors, matching skill sets and availability to program needs.
  • Manage day-to-day workflows and deliverables with dedicated creative teams and vendors, keeping timelines, priorities, and handoffs clear.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date resourcing, task, and deliverable status within Workfront.
  • Flag capacity conflicts and bottlenecks early, and adjust resourcing plans to keep creative work on schedule.
  • Support budgets, SOWs, forecasts, and margin performance at the program level.
  • Drive predictable burn and flag deviations early for correction.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Resource Management, and Account Leads to optimize staffing.
  • Follow and improve workflows, templates, and processes to reduce cycle time and operational drag.
  • Build strong, direct relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Support PMs/producers and contribute to delivery discipline across teams.
  • Surface risks early, resolve blockers, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Model a high-accountability operating rhythm across all workstreams.

What We're Looking For
  • 5–8 years of program/project management experience, with time in an agency environment supporting B2B Clients (*Must have experience working with B2B clients within an agency setting to be considered for this role)
  • Demonstrated ability to run integrated marketing programs end-to-end.
