TEKsystems is seeking a Production Engineer for an onsite, contract role in Inglewood, CA, supporting production, broadcast, and creative technology environments. You will provide hands-on desktop support, network troubleshooting, software deployment, asset management, and infrastructure maintenance for Windows, Mac, Citrix/VDI, and Adobe Creative Cloud in a 24/7 live production setting.

Description

The Production Engineer is responsible for supporting our client's production, broadcast, and creative technology environments, ensuring seamless operation of live productions and streaming services. This role provides hands‑on support for end users, production teams, and broadcast operations, including desktop support, network troubleshooting, software deployment, asset management, and infrastructure maintenance.

The engineer will support Windows and Mac environments, Adobe Creative Cloud, Citrix/VDI platforms, conference room technology, and studio hardware while responding to technical issues in high‑pressure live production settings. This position also assists with system upgrades, device imaging, application deployment, user administration, and ongoing maintenance of production technology systems.

The role is 100% onsite in Inglewood or Burbank and supports a 24/7 operation, requiring flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of desktop support experience, strong troubleshooting and networking skills, and experience supporting media, broadcast, or entertainment environments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $53.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
