Mindshare, a leading WPP Media brand in New York, seeks a Manager of Planning to direct day-to-day account activities and translate marketing objectives into media strategies. You will guide media plan development and supervise Associates, while partnering with external agencies to ensure successful execution.

The role requires 3–4 years in strategy/planning, across all media, with MediaOcean/Prisma experience. HYBRID work, base salary $60k–$140k USD, comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or communication
• 3-4 years experience in strategy/planning, preferably in a media agency
• Experience across all media channels (digital and traditional)
• Experience with MediaOcean, Prisma is preferred

Responsabilidades

• Direct day-to-day account activities and translate marketing objectives into media strategies
• Direct development of media plans aligned with approved strategy
• Develop the skills and knowledge of assigned Associate(s) and Senior Associate(s)
• Provide insightful updates to media and agency partners on project status
• Maintain solid relationships with agency and media partners to support idea delivery
