WPP Media in New York is seeking a Senior Associate, Planning to develop media strategy and plans, manage daily tasks for approved campaigns, and train associates in media fundamentals and systems.

You will gather data, deliver insights, ensure budget control, and collaborate across internal and external teams to optimize client outcomes; this is a hybrid role with four days in office.

The base pay ranges from $45,000 to $90,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Media/Communications or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ year of related media planning/communications planning experience.
• Strong understanding of media fundamentals, including media math, reach/frequency, and goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop media strategy and media plans for clients.
• Manage daily tasks to steward approved plans and budgets.
• Train and develop Associates in media fundamentals and systems.
• Provide timely and accurate delivery of all work.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams and partners.
