Job summary

Mindshare, a leading WPP Media brand, seeks an Associate Director of Planning to supervise all implementation needs and coordinate with clients and agency teams. You will manage the client implementation team, oversee staffing and workload, and ensure strategic rigor in integrating creative and media.

You will lead 360 media planning, present frameworks, and drive Good Growth for clients. A BA/BS and 5–8 years' leadership experience are required; Mindshare offers a hybrid work model and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications; OR equivalent professional work experience.
• 5-8 years of account planning or related media/communications planning experience, with focus on leadership and management.
• Experience and comfort facilitating ideation sessions.
• Excellent strategic thinking and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day client contact and agency contact regarding their area of responsibility.
• Oversees development of objectives, strategies, plans and presentations.
• Trains and evaluates Supervisors, Managers and Associates on the team.
• Act as liaison between internal teams and partner vendors to ensure media performance.
• Oversee client implementation team, manage staffing and workload at the client team level.
• Provide strategic rigor to implement ideas and ensure integration of the work between creative and media.
• Lead 360 media planning and ensure clear client communication.
