Job summary

Mindshare, part of WPP Media, is hiring a Manager of Planning to direct daily account activities and translate marketing objectives into media strategies. You will lead the development of media plans aligned with the approved strategy and guide Associate staff.

You will work with outside agency partners, supervise junior team members, and ensure high-quality client service while maintaining a data-driven approach across digital and traditional channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in advertising, marketing, business, or communication or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with strategy/planning in a media agency is required.
• Proficiency with multiple media channels (digital and traditional).
• Experience with MediaOcean and Prisma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day account activities and translate marketing objectives into media strategies.
• Direct development of media plans aligned with the approved strategy.
• Mentor and develop Associate(s) and Senior Associate(s).
• Provide updates to media and agency partners on project status.
• Manage media financial accountability with Client Accounting and agency partners.
