Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Manager, Media Partnerships to lead day‑to‑day management of our media partnerships for Hard Rock Bet. You’ll own execution, collaborate with promotions, trading, UA, creative and VIP teams, and drive partner‑led initiatives end‑to‑end.

The role demands strong judgement, superior communication, and the ability to work independently, reporting to the Director, Media Partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a media agency, brand or publisher
• Knowledge of sports betting industry and promotions
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration
• Organized with excellent writing and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset in a fast‑paced environment

Responsibilities

• Onboard partners to specifications; own calendars, assets, and delivery
• Update scripts and assets with internal Creative team
• Develop partner promotions and partner‑led bets
• Provide regular partner performance updates to Director and leadership
• Create case studies to standardize executions and improve performance
• Ensure Responsible Gaming requirements are met with partners and Compliance
