Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Senior Manager, Social Media to lead the organic social program across HRB channels, building scalable strategies that align with brand and commercial goals for casino and sportsbook.

You will lead a team of Social Media Managers and Coordinators, drive data-driven creative development, measure performance, manage budgets, and collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance to deliver engaging, responsible social experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of social-media marketing experience
• 3+ years directly managing and developing a team of social media managers/coordinators
• Documented success building data-driven organic social strategies
• Expertise across major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Threads, Twitch, Discord, Snapchat)
• Experience managing budgets, agencies, and MarTech vendors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project-management and collaboration skills
• Strategic, proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Develop and own a comprehensive multi-platform organic social strategy across all HRB channels.
• Lead and develop a team of Social Media Managers and Coordinators.
• Own measurement framework including KPIs, attribution, and ROI dashboards.
• Guide end-to-end content creation across formats for casino and sports betting.
• Establish best practices for real-time engagement, customer care, and reputation management.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Content, Creative, PR, Product, CRM, Performance Marketing, and Compliance teams.
• Oversee budget and vendor relationships for maximum impact.
• Monitor platform updates and trends to keep Hard Rock Bet at the forefront of social storytelling.
