Job summary

Razorfish, a Publicis Groupe agency, seeks an Investment Operations Support specialist to back the channel investment teams. The role focuses on Prisma inputs, billing, and budget management for high‑profile multi‑channel campaigns.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on Prisma/Mediaocean experience, advanced MS Office skills, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in media agency operations, billing, or investment operations support
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising, business administration or finance preferred
• Experience running monthly media billing and reconciliation

Responsibilities

• Support Investment Operations and act as right hand for channel investment teams
• Own Prisma inputs and hygiene, assist on IOs and actualization
• Ensure Prisma accuracy and provide system support as needed
• Track data to ensure spend stays within approved budgets
• Collaborate with investment teams to troubleshoot issues in the buy system
• Communicate and follow up to meet actualization and reconciliation deadlines
• Pull and compile data monthly and as-needed
• Oversee monthly paid media billing and financial reporting with Media Ops Supervisor
• Lead monthly billing kickoff and maintain media billing tracker
• Track client payments and manage A/R
• Document processes and support training for new workflows
• Assist process improvement and automation projects
