LILT is seeking experienced Media and Information Services professionals to support an AI benchmarking project focused on Telugu for Indian media. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review realistic scenarios across editorial, production, and digital content environments. This freelance, 1099 contractor role offers flexible scheduling.

This remote position provides project-based payments and access to diverse, high-impact assignments shaping how AI understands multilingual media.

Qualifications

• Native-level Telugu with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Media, Broadcasting, Journalism, Content Production, Publishing, or Audiovisual Operations.
• Background in one or more relevant roles: Audio/Video Production, Editing, Film & Video Editing, Journalism, News Reporting, Content Production, Directing, Broadcast Operations, or Media Management.
• Strong understanding of editorial workflows, production processes, media standards, audience communication, and Indian media environments.

Responsabilités

• Design realistic Media and Information Services scenarios in Telugu or English grounded in Indian operational contexts (e.g., newsroom coordination, video production workflows, editorial reviews, live broadcast operations, content planning, script development, media compliance, audiovisual troubleshooting)
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for editorial decision-making, content analysis, production coordination, and communication tasks
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, editorial quality, cultural appropriateness, and operational realism
• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting best practices across Indian journalism, broadcasting, digital media, and content production environments
