Job summary

LILT is seeking experienced professionals for an independent contractor role to craft and review high-quality Telugu/English scenarios rooted in Indian professional services contexts. You will shape operational, technical, analytical, legal, financial, and project management challenges across consulting and enterprise environments.

As a contractor, you’ll design realistic workflows, adapt rubrics for evaluation, and review AI vs human responses for accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

• Native-level Telugu with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years of professional experience in Professional Services, Technology, Legal Services, Accounting, Audit, Consulting, or Project Management
• Background in one or more relevant roles: Accounting & Auditing, IT or Information Systems Management, Legal Practice, Project Management, Software Development, Technology Consulting, Enterprise Operations, or Digital Transformation
• Strong understanding of professional service workflows, regulatory and compliance requirements, technical operations, project delivery methodologies, and Indian business environments

Responsibilities

• Design realistic Professional and Technical Services scenarios in Telugu or English grounded in Indian operational contexts (e.g., financial audits, software development workflows, IT operations, legal documentation, project delivery, stakeholder communication, compliance reviews)
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for analytical reasoning, technical problem-solving, project coordination, and professional decision-making tasks
