Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to support the EVP of Media and SVP of Integrated Marketing. You will assist in the clerical day-to-day operations of the media department and manage title-specific media plans.

Responsibilities include producing PowerPoint/Keynote decks, creating media Excel charts, gathering documents for meetings, maintaining the media promotions library, and coordinating meetings with vendors and interns on a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Entertainment, Advertising or Marketing experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Keynote is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Generate PowerPoint / Keynote presentations for internal presentations and Filmmaker meetings.
• Create and edit media Excel charts for evaluation and presentation purposes.
• Responsible for the collection of Integrated Marketing documents for high-level internal and filmmaker meetings.
• Maintain media promotions library: compile wrap-up reels of the promotional campaign for each theatrical title.
