Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks an Associate for Publicis Media Training Program to support client media plans and investments. You will gain extensive training while collaborating with client teams to present recommendations on when and where ad dollars should be spent.

You will participate in media negotiations, campaign execution, and leverage AI to improve speed and quality of work while maintaining client data security.

Qualifications

• You thrive on a team, can meet tight deadlines, and can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You are comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Power Point; you’ll use spreadsheets to perform math calculations and percentages to understand data and create results.
• You want to work in a world of creativity.
• You have a basic understanding of consumer behavior, and you want to spend your days influencing the way brands and consumers interact
• You enjoy managing projects and/or processes and taking on new opportunities
• Experience developing and presenting your thoughts and ideas

Responsibilities

• Media Negotiating & Planning: participate in team brainstorms to kick off plan development and assist in negotiation and creation of media plans and related documents.
• Campaign Management & Execution: support program management from proposal to end date, oversee asset production, and assist with post-launch proofs of placement.
• AI & Emerging Technologies: learn and apply AI tools to draft, summarize, and organize work while protecting client data.
• Independently work with client teams across Analytics, Local Buying, Planning, Programmatic, Digital, Search, Content, and Social areas.
